How do I store my oysters?
The best way we know to store you oysters is put them in a bowl and place a wet towel over them to prevent drying.
How long do oysters last?
We feel that our oysters are good from 10 days from when they were pulled out of the water. You will receive a tag in your order that tells you when they were harvested.
