  Oysters are a live product so they will be harvested and shipped same day for next day delivery.  To ensure the freshest products possible orders placed between Thursday 10:01am through Monday 10:00am will ship Monday. Orders placed between Monday 10:01am -Thursday 10:00am will ship Thursday.    We will only ship perishable items to a street address, NO P.O. Boxes, Continental US Only
